1 C Blue Bonnet® margarine
1 t salt
¼ t baking soda
2 C sugar
1 egg
5 C flour
4 t baking powder
1 t vanilla
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, salt, soda, and vanilla.
Gradually add sugar and cream well.
Add egg and mix thoroughly.
Sift together flour and baking powder - add to creamed mixture alternatively with milk, mixing well.
Bake 350º on parchment lined cookie sheet for 10 - 12 minutes.
