1 3 ounce package cream cheese softened
1 cp. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cp. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2-3 T. mashed pimentos
1 tsp. grated onion (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Cracked black pepper to taste

Beat cream cheese until fluffy with an electric mixer. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
