1 egg white
¾ cps. brown sugar
1½ cps. pecan halves

Directions:

Beat egg white until stiff. Add brown sugar. Dip pecans in meringue. Place separately on baking sheet. Bake 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and let stand 30 minutes longer
