1 egg beaten
1 5 oz. can evap. milk
1 cp. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. salt
cp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. pepper
1 & 1/2 lbs. ground beef



Sauce
1 cp. ketchup
cp. chopped onion
cp. packed brown sugar
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients, reading across from left to right. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch size balls. Place in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes stirring frequently. Pour over meatballs. Bake 10-12 minutes longer.
