2 chicken breasts
4 cups water or chicken broth
2 stalks celery chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup of diced dill pickle
1 cup Japanese mayo
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken breasts in water or broth for ten minutes and let sit covered for 15 minutes.
Shred chicken
Add onion, pickle and celery to chicken and combine
Add mayo, curry powder, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl and mix well.
Combine everything and mix well.
