1/2 C Hot Water
1/2 C White Sugar
2 T yeast

Then:
2C hot water with 4 T butter
6 1/2 C flour
1 T salt
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl add 1/2 C hot water with sugar and yeast mix and set aside.
In bowl 2 Cups hot water with 4 T butter when butter melts pour into the yeast mixture and add flour and salt. Mix about 10 minutes on low setting in your kitchen aid or a mixture. Scrape into greased plastic bowl and let rise.
