Step 1:
Scald 1 C. milk. Place in mixing bowl. Cool to lukewarm. Add 3 Tbs. Butter/margarine, 1/2 C. Sugar, 1/2 Tsp. Salt, and 2 1/2 Tsp. Yeast. Stir lightly. Rest 3-5 min. Add 3 eggs and stir. Slice each roll into 18 rolls. Place cut side down in a greased 2.5 in muffin pans. Let rise until double in size about 1 1/2 hrs. Bake at 375º for 15 min.
Step 3:
While cinnamon rolls are in oven start glaze. Combine 2 C. Confectioners Powdered Sugar and enough Orange Juice to make a glaze consistency( 3-4 Tbsp.). Drizzle glaze over the warm rolls. Enjoy!!
