8 slices - top round, paper-thin
4 - bacon slices
8 T. - onion, chopped
salt & pepper
mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Spread each slice of beef with mustard, salt and pepper, 1 T. chopped onion and slice bacon. Roll up each slice tightly and secure with string or wooden toothpicks. Flour lightly and brown in hot fat. Pour off excess fat. Add water and simmer 1 hour or more until tender. Make gravy with pan drippings. Serve with rice, noodles, or dumplings.
