1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 c. apple juice
2 Golden Delicious apples, sliced
2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients except apples and sweet potatoes in saucepan for two minutes after reaching the boiling stage. Layer sweet potatoes and apples with heated mixture. Cover and bake in greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish at 400F. for 40 minutes.
