2 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
¾ C sugar
1 T lemon juice
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 box Vanilla Wafers
1 can Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Line miniature muffing tins with paper lines.
Put 1 wafer in bottom of each liner.
Pour 1 T cheesecake mixture into each cup.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until a thin crack appears on top of each cookie.
Remove from oven and cool; they will appear to fall.
Drop 1 t pie filling on top of each cookie.
