1/2 c. sugar
1 6 oz. Jello any flavor
8 oz. cream cheese, soften
1 can Carnation Milk (evaporated)

Directions:
Directions:
Chill milk in refrigerator tray until soft ice crystals form around edges. Boil pineapple and sugar together 5 minutes; remove from heat and stir in Jello until dissolved. Cool to room temperature; add cheese and beat well. Whip milk in large mixing bowl to consistency of whipped cream, 8-10 minutes. Fold in Jello mixture, pour into 9x12 inch pan and refrigerate until firm.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Dolly Jones's pink jello salad. Refrigerator tray is probably a metal ice tray and would put it in a freezer to form crystals. Her recipe only calls for Carnation Milk guessing it means evaporated milk.
