Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
beat eggs with a fork in a medium bowl until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking powder in another bowl and then add to the beaten eggs and mix well

Form mixture into a bowl.

Turn mixture out onto a well-floured surface. Roll dough out into a round circle about 1/8" thick (that means very thin :). Cut into strips about 2 1/2-3" thick.

Then stack the strips with flour in between each strip so they don't stick. Cut the strips long ways about 1/4" thick - using a serrated knife. Separate noodles on the floured surface.

Over with a towel and let dry for a few hours before you drop them into boiling water to serve. They cook super fast so have everything done before you cook them.
