2 egg whites, at room temperature
1 C sugar
Berries or fruit of your choice

Directions:
Beat egg whites until peaks form. Gradually add sugar, small amount at a time. Then add fruit/berries to the mixture by folding it in.

Put over favorite type of cake and remember having it at Grandma's. Usually made with Black Caps (Black Raspberries).
