½ c +1 TBSP cocoa
3 TBSP oil
⅔ c shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1¼ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º and Grease a 9x13 pan
Melt chocolate, shortening and oil in large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients one at a time. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the brownies start to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Cool slightly
Dust with powdered sugar or Frost with Frosting
