6 Hard Boiled Eggs
2 tsp. Butter, softened
1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
1 1/2 TBS. Relish ( Sweet or Dill )
1/4 tsp. Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1 to 2 TBS. Mayonnaise

Directions:
Peel eggs, and cut in half. Take yolks out of each half, and put into a small bowl. Put egg whites on serving plate. Mash yolks with a fork, then add butter and mash well together. Add salt, pepper, mustard & relish stir well together, add 1 TBS mayonnaise mix in. If mixture is too dry, add one more TBS. of mayonnaise, more or less to desired consistency. Mix well.
Spoon mixture into cut egg whites. Sprinkle lightly with Paprika or parsley. Chill until ready to serve. Of course, you can double, triple, or halve this recipe to make as many as you want. I Love You All Very Much.

You need to use the ingredients in the order they are written. Try not to get too much juice with the relish. It makes it too thin. The mayonnaise needs to go in last because you can adjust the amount needed.
