1 stick butter at room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbs finely grated zest and 3 tbs juice from 1 large orange
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup white chocolate chips

Position racks in the upper and lower parts of the oven. Preheat to 350 degrees. Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper
Combine butter, sugar, sour cream heavy whipping cream and orange juice in the of a mixer . Beat on med speed for about 2 min. until creamy and free of lumps. Add the orange zest and beat on low speed, just until evenly distributed. Stop to scrape down the bowl Add the flour, baking soda and powder. Begin mixing on low speed and increase to med and beat until incorporated. to a soft sticky dough. Reduce the speed to low, add the white chocolate chips and beat until incorporated. Use two tablespoons to scoop or an ice cream scoop, place 2 " apart. Make sure they are not closer.

Bake multiple baking sheets for 10-11 min. Half way through baking change sheets to a new rack. Transfer to a wire rack for cooling.

I made these for my manager's during a Team Building meeting at my condo. We would break up into groups and learn to work as a team. I always loved to spoil them with lots of homemade goodies Sure miss those wonderful & dedicated people. We had a great time and they really did get into the team building. I bet they never had a "Boss Lady" like me! Made June 2018
