1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mashed banana
2 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening, eggs. Add bananas, milk and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add nuts.
Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes in a greased & floured bread pan.
