1 lb. Italian chicken sausage 1 tbsp. chili powder
2 15 oz. cans kidney beans, in sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
1 8 1/2 oz. corn bread mix
1/2 cup salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Cook sausage over medium heat in cast iron skillet, breaking it up and cooking until not pink. Drain fat, add chili powder, cook 1 minute.Add beans and salsa-heat until boiling. Stir in cheese. Prepare cornbread mix as on box. Spread over chili. Place skillet in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
