1 lb Chopped meat
Breadcrumb
3/4 C Beef stock
3/4 C water
2 cans of pealed potatoes
Pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Make small meatballs and roll/coat in the breadcrumbs
Fry them in a 12" pan with canola oil just enough to coat bottom of the pan
After meatballs are brown drain some of the fat, add the rest of the ingredients; season to taste.
Cover and let simmer for 40 mins

Serve with sliced challah bread.
