large, sweet onion, finely diced (2 C or a little more);
1/4 C Duke's Mayo;
1 T EVOO;
1 T real butter
6 dashes Worcestershire;
2 C Sour cream;
1/4 t black pepper;
1/2 t salt
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Directions:

Sautee onion/garlic...low & slow until caramelized (45 minutes);
Let cool;
Mix everything together and chill;
Better the 2nd day after has had a chance to meld
Going to a large party...double the recipe
