1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 lg eggs
1/4 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside. In a large bowl cream the shortening, two sugars, beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Fold in oats, chocolate and butterscotch chips.
