1 ½ C. flour
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ c. Sugar
½ c. shortening
1 egg
2T. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk. Add Baking powder, salt, baking soda. Add flour and make a soft dough. Roll out 1/4” and bake in a 400 degree oven start with 5-7 min min. start at 5 min.
