Ingredients:
Ingredients:
All ingredients are approximate. I usually make 'to taste'.

1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 - 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 egg
2 cans flat anchovies
2 T. Johnny's
1 tsp. minced garlic
salt to taste (about 2 tsp.)
pepper to taste
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Worchester sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender: add 1 can anchovies with oil plus 1 can anchovies oil (reserve the anchovies from the second can to serve with salad), vegetable oil, vinegar, and garlic.
Blend well. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high until the dressing starts to get creamy. Adjust ingredients as needed to desired flavor. Usually adjustments are made with the amount of oil and vinegar and salt and pepper.
The dressing can be prepared early in the day and refrigerated until you are ready to use it. It may need to be stirred before adding it to your salad.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use Romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan and homemade croutons for my salad.
