Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large box Pomi strained tomatoes
2 large jars good marinara (Make your own or buy ready made. I like Victoria Organic.)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T. Garlic - minced
1-2 T. tomato paste
2/3 - 1 cup parmesan - grated
1/2 cup Johnny's seasoning
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
salt - to taste
pepper - to taste

Secret ingredients*

Meatballs and/or Italian sausage browned and cut in to 2" pieces.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in very large pot. Sauté onions and tomato paste together until onions are translucent. Do not brown.

Add Pomi and Marinara stirring to blend well.

Add all other ingredients and bring to a high temperature but do not bring to a full boil.
Lower the temperature to a low simmer and cook for 1 to 5 hours. The longer the more flavorful.

You can add meatballs and/or Italian sausage as you like. Add after you bring the sauce to a simmer for 1 -2 hours. You really can't over cook the meat. It will just soak up the flavors of your sauce.

*Oh, the secret ingredients: I would tell you here but then I'd have to kill you. My grandchildren hold the key! You can try bribing them but it will cost you!
Evil, aren't I!?!
