Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package Oreo Cookies (NOT double stuffed)
1- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened and beaten smooth
1 package chocolate bark (Ambrosia Bark Coating Chocolate)
colored jimmies (those little multi-colored sprinkles)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
Add the crushed cookies to the beaten cream cheese mixture. Mix until well blended.
Roll mixture into balls about 3/4" in diameter or smaller or larger as you like. (It's easier to scope the mixture by teaspoon full and roll in the palm of your hand).
Set balls on wax or parchment paper.

Melt 1/2 package of the chocolate bark in microwave until smooth. (Follow package directions.)
Using tongs, dip one ball in melted bark until it is completely covered. Let excess drip off, then lay back on wax paper. Sprinkle with colored jimmies and let sit to harden.

They harden quickly, so after dipping 3-5 in chocolate, sprinkle the five with the jimmies.
Repeat until all balls are coated and sprinkled.

As the bark gets low, melt more.

Store in the refrigerator.
