3 pounds meatball mix ( 1 lb beef, 1 lb veal, 1 lb pork groung together)
6 eggs
2 cups unflavored bread crumbs
1 cup grated romano cheese
3 tablespoons parsley
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large pan. Consistency of the meatball mix should be light and fluffy. Shape meatballs and pan fry, with canola oil, for a few minutes until golden
(meatballs should not be cooked thoroughly).
Bake @ 350º for 8 minutes.
Drop meatballs in gravy and simmer for a couple of hours.

Once removing meatballs from oven you can cool them and freeze on a cookie sheet and store in freezer for up to 6 months.
