1 T. butter
1 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 T. dried dill weed
¼ tsp. pepper
1 cup milk
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup diced onion
½ cup sour cream
6 Yukon Golds peeled, diced, boiled for 10 minutes, drained
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

In small saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, salt, dill and pepper. Add milk all at once, cook and stir until thick. Blend in mayonnaise, onion and sour cream. In a 9x9 sprayed baking dish fold sauce into potatoes and spread evenly into bottom of dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for ½ hour or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serves 6 to 8.
