3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups packed light-brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups sweetened flake coconut
2 cups chopped pecans

Get the butter out of the fridge so it has enough time to soften. This is a very important step, so don’t skip it!

While the butter softens, prep all ingredients. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.

Once the butter is softened, beat it for one minute. Then, add the sugars, and beat for another two minutes. Next, add the eggs, beating after each one, and then the vanilla. Once the wet ingredients were mixed, gradually add the flour mixture. Finally, mix in the chocolate chips, oats, coconut and pecans.

These are oversized cookies. Measure ¼ cup per cookie and Place on greased cookie sheet or use parchment paper on cookie sheet. Bake for 17-20 minutes at 350º. You might only fit 4-5 cookies on the pan.
