1 small head iceberg lettuce, rinsed, dried and chopped
6 green onions, chopped
6 red radishes, chopped or sliced thinly
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper
mayonnaise
flash frozen, then thawed, bay shrimp or 26/30 shrimp

can add chopped tomatoes, or halved cherry tomatoes
3 stalks celery, chopped
1-2 carrots, shredded

Directions:

In a bowl, combine everything except mayonnaise and shrimp, cover and put in refrigerator for half and hour.
Add mayonnaise and shrimp.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
