Ingredients: 2 cans of Frito Lay bean dip 2 cups of freshly grated cheddar cheese 2 large avocados 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 package of taco seasoning 1 ½ cups of cherry tomatoes, quartered ½ cup of diced chilies (divided into ¼ cup and ¼ cup) 1 bunch of green onions, chopped (green parts, only) ½ cup of chopped olives 1 bag of tortilla chips (to be served with dip)

Directions: Grate cheddar cheese (set aside)
Whip together avocados with ¼ cup of chilies (set aside)
Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning together (set aside)
Layer into a 8x8 or 9x9 (or any other dish pan of your choice) dish as follows: 1. Frito Lay bean dip 2. Avocado mixture 3. Sour cream/mayonnaise mix 4. ¼ cup of chilies 5. Green onions 6. Tomatoes 7. Olives 8. Cover with grated cheddar cheese
Serve with your favorite bag tortilla chips |
