8 Med sized apples peeled and cored
1 Cup light brown sugar packed
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 orange
2 Tbsp orange juice
3/4 Cup flour
1/4 Tsp salt
6 Tbsp oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peeled apples into a greased 9" deep dish pie pan or a 1 quart shallow casserole dish. Mix 1/2 cup of the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over apples, lemon juice, orange juice, and rind. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and remaining sugar. Cut in the butter and sprinkle the mixture over the apples. Bake in 350º oven until apples are tender and brown.
