Ingredients:  
1 pound ground turkey
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can of red kidney beans, drained
1 stalk of celery, cut fine
1 can of Pastene brand tomato paste plus 2 cans water
1 cup cooked brown rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in pan, and sauté turkey with celery and onion. When browned add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes.
Then add beans and stir.
Serve rice and spoon chili on top.
