1 cup white sugar
¾ cup coconut
1½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter
1¼ cup oatmeal
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add 2 eggs beat well. Then dry ingredients. Put sugar on top (if desired). Bake 350º until golden brown.
