1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
2 large eggs
1 tbsp. corn starch
6 tbsps. butter - melted and cooled slightly
1 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together except for the chocolate chips and icing sugar. When thoroughly mixed add the chocolate chips and beat by hand until incorporated. From this mixture form small balls (about 1 1/2") with your hands, roll in icing sugar and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake 375º for 8-10 minutes.
