1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup Butter
1 Egg
1 t. Vanilla
1/2 t. Almond Flavoring
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Cream of Tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and butter. Add egg and flavorings; mix thoroughly. Measure flour stir dry ingredients together and blend in. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Heat oven to 375º. Divide dough in half and roll to 3/16” thick on lightly floured pastry cloth. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on baking sheet. Bake 7 to 8 min. or until lightly brown. Makes 5 dozen (2 to 2 1/2 “ cookies)
