10 cups flour
½ cup butter melted
6 whole eggs + 1 yolk
3 tsp vanilla
½ cup oil
1½ cups sugar (dissolve in milk)
3 cups warm milk
1 tsp cinnamon
2 pkgs (2 tbsp) yeast in ½ cup warm water
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Warm milk and dissolve sugar. Put the flour (8 cups) in a bowl. Add salt to the flour. Add yeast/milk mixtures. Work in. Beat eggs and add. Work in vanilla, melted butter, and cinnamon. Add remaining flour a little at a time 'til right consistency. Knead for roughly 10 minutes. Add oil in little bits at a time 'til worked in. Let rise for 2 hours. Punch down. Let rise again. Shape dough into any desired shapes (loaves, hot cross buns, braids, etc.). Put into pans. Let rise. Dough may be brushed with beaten egg yolk + water (1 tbsp) and sprinkled with sesame seeds before baking. Bake @ 350º for 40-45 minutes
