1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Eggs
4 ½ c. flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil, and sugar well. Add eggs, beat. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Pinch off enough dough for a little ball, rolling in hands. Lay on greased cookie sheet. Press down with fork.

Wrap and refrigerate dough at least an hour prior to baking.

Bake 10-12 minutes at 375º
