2 cups cooked pasta (any shape)
Sauté in: 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
½ cup chopped onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1¼ cup chicken broth (some times I use water and a chicken bouillon)
1 cup Velveeta cheese cubed
1 pound cooked chicken cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top

Mix everything and put mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Top with cheese

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes

This can also be put into a crock-pot and taken for a dish to pass.
Add more cheese to make it gooey.
I mix the cheese into the dish so everyone gets some.
