1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
3 c. soft bread cubes
1 can (1lb.4oz.) crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla. Add milk and blend well. Add drained pineapple and bread cubes and mix lightly. Bake uncovered in a buttered casserole for 45 minutes in a 375 F. oven until golden brown.
