2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. allspice
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. craisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, soda, and allspice in medium bowl; stir to combine. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Blend well. Stir in nuts and craisins. Drop heaping tablespoon 2” apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten mounds with back of spoon. Bake 10-12 minute. Let cookies stand on cookie sheet 1 minute. Cool and store.
