1 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
½ tsp. lemon extract
1 c. sour cream (not commercial)
1¼ tsp. salt
1½ c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon to sour cream. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternating with sour cream mixture. Chill overnight. Roll out and cut out. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.
