2 cans mushroom soup
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
½ c. onion, diced
½ c. celery, diced
1 large can Chow Mein noodles
1 pkg. cashews or slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except noodles and nuts. This may be done ahead and refrigerated until baking. When ready to bake, alternate mixed ingredients with noodles until all are used in a 9 x 13 greased baking dish. Top with nuts. Bake 20-23 minutes at 350 degrees

Got this recipe from my mom, even though she should not have eaten, not with the mushroom soup in it! We loved it. Discovered later it was in the Lady Food cookbook that Aunt Mary had given me.
