Ingredients:  
4 pork chops (boneless or bone-in, your preference)
1 medium bell pepper
1 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly season pork chops with salt and pepper. Add small about of oil to frying pan and brown pork chops on both sides. Add sliced bell pepper and onion before topping with cream of mushroom soup. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook on low for 1 hour.
