3 cans whole water chestnuts drained
1 lb. bacon cut into 3rds
toothpicks
1 c ketchup
2/3 cu brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Drain water chestnuts.
Wrap chestnuts with 1/3 slice of bacon, hold in place whit a toothpick.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until bacon is crisp, drain. (Could be made ahead of time up to this point.)

Mix sauce of ketchup, brown sugar and soy sauce. Pour over wrapped chestnuts and return to oven and warm.

Serve warm
