1 C butter
2 c sugar
2 eggs
3 c coconut
3 T milk
dash of sat
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour (add extra for consistency)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together until creamy.
Add eggs and mil until creamy.
Add salt, vanilla, and coconut 1 cup at a time.
Add four 1/2 c at a time. Add extra flu until dough is rolling consistency it is possible to use a total of 3-4 cups fo four in this recipe.

CHILL

Roll out to about 1/8 inch think.
Cut into circle.

Beat 1 egg and brush over the top.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350ēd about 10 minutes until edges are barely brown.
