1 bottle Chili sauce
1 bottle water - (The bottle that the Chili sauce came in)
1 med onion, chopped
2 T lemon juice
2 T Worcester sauce
½ tsp dry mustard
3 T brown sugar
2 T vinegar

Mix and simmer on the stove for 30 minutes

½ recipe mixed with a pound of ground beef browned makes great sloppy joes
½ recipe on a chicken fryer baked makes great BBQ chicken

This is the recipe that Ben's Zeyde's mom used to put on baked chicken. It also makes fantastic sloppu joes that Bens Bubbe used to make for parties. This is so easy to make and you can double it and put it in a crock pot with browned ground beef to keep it warm and have a plenty of sloppy joes! This is an Abram/Cohen family favorite!
