12 potatoes peeled, cutup and cooked
4 boiled eggs cut up
1 small onion cut up
celery seed
DRESSING:
1 cup sugar, 1 cup cream or evaporated milk, 3/4 cup of vinegar, 1/4 cup water,1 tsp. salt,
3 T. cornstarch, 2 eggs, 2 T. yellow mustard.
Stir altogether and cook over medium heat until boiling and thick.
Pour over warm potatoes. add salt and pepper to taste. Mix together. Refrigerate..
