1C Sugar

¾ C Butter (Softened)

1 Egg

1 Tsp Vanilla

2 C Flour

1½ Tsp Baking Powder

¼ Tsp Baking Soda

½ Cup Skor Bits

Sugar to roll in
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º C.
2. Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
3. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder.
4. Stir in Skor by hand.
5. Shape into 1" balls.
6. Place 2" apart on an ungreased cooking sheet.
7. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
8. Bake 9-11 Minutes or until lightly browned.
9. Sprinkle with sugar when still warm.
