2 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Almond extract

Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. 3 times

2. Cream butter, add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg and gradually add
Dry ingredients. Blend well and add extract.

3. Use spritz gun and place on cookie sheets. Decorate with sprinkles.

4. Bake in 400 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.


For chocolate spritz, substitute vanilla for almond extract and add 3 Tbs. cocoa powder.
