2 Cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon salt
¾ to 1 cup milk
4 tablespoons of oil

Directions:
Directions:
Shift Flour, baking powder and salt together.

Add milk and oil. Mix lightly to make a soft dough. Start with ¾ Cup of milk and then add the additional ¼ cup as necessary to make soft dough.

Flour a flat surface and pour dough onto it. (I use wax paper on cabinet)

Knead the dough lightly and then roll out to ½ inch thick.

Cut to desired size (I use a small glass)

Put on lightly oiled baking pan.

Bake at 450 degrees 12-15 Min
